K&R Compassionate Care provides these non-medical services to the patient at home:

 

• House Keeping

• Laundry

• Food Prep

• Bathing

• Grooming

• Companionship

• Transport to Doctor Appointments

Nursing Visits

Our Registered Nurses will come out our client's home, do an assessment, and determine the best care plan that suits their needs . After the initial assessment, the RN will come back out every 50-60 days to evaluate the client's to see if a revision needs to be added to the care plan.
